Twenty years spent working with artisans, wholesalers and large retailers, and a first-rate apprenticeship with Monsieur Georges Mateu – a leading butcher in Nice, the forerunner in the sale of buffalo and kangaroo meat. With such high references, Bruno Merchadier was fully equipped to lay out a very precise idea of the business he wanted to create. A traditional butcher's shop, of course, but backed by a philosophy admirably suited to perfectionists. He thus developed his shop by paying close attention to his customers' requests in terms of quality and service, to earn the success he can claim today.
Constantly in search of new products and unprecedented origins – the USA, Japan, Australia, Canada –, he selects prime quality meat whose tenderness and flavour will offer the most discerning customers a treat for the tastebuds.
As part of this dynamic approach, he also proposes an on-line sales service so that everyone, from Nice to Monaco, can benefit from his talents as a butcher, "charcutier" and delicatessen owner.
