In our butcher's shop, there is no compromising on quality. And this, from the start of the chain, beginning with the breeder. We take great care in selecting breeders as passionate as ourselves, always intent on respecting their livestock by rearing them under the best conditions, and setting high standards for the quality of the meat. Thanks to this rigorous selection, we can then sell meat whose flavour and tenderness are always top-notch.
The slaughterhouses with which we work share our high standards. Health and safety controls are rigorous, veterinary services vigilant, and slaughtering conditions respectful of the livestock.
We also adhere to the notion of quality in transport conditions for our meat, thanks to our refrigerated containers and delivieries within 48 hours at most, guaranteeing that customers receive products as fresh as when they leave the shop.
